Dedicated Machine Structure Advantages
The machine features a high-rigidity integrated bed and a spindle system optimized for sealing material machining, effectively minimizing vibration and ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish for inner diameters, outer diameters, faces, and complex sealing profiles.
For large-diameter, thin-walled, and deformation-sensitive sealing rings, the clamping structure, feed control, and motion response are specially optimized to significantly reduce deformation risk and improve part consistency and yield rate.
